Boy the Navy have hit the mark with their tailoring over the years, and our Waterfront Surplus range comes straight from the seafarers design dept. Military surplus stores are great for inspiration, but the musty smell can be overpowering, and the fits, well, they tend to be a little funky for civilian use.

Waterfront Surplus is our riff on the naval classics, with the fits and materials being blended, twisted and adapted for everyday wear. The tees are fun, the tops and shirts a wearable take on military work wear, and the jacketing. Well, there’s not many who’ve given more to the zip-up world than the navy, and we’ve stamped our insignia on some of the great styles of the genre.

MY BRESIL

"When I was 11 years old, at school, my teacher asked the students to choose a subject for a presentation. It should be something that inspired us. Anything at all.  My choice was clear: I chose ''Brésil". In this presentation, as a football fan, I of course talked about the "auriverde". But I also talked about Brasilia and its airplane-shaped city, the corcovado, the Amazonia and the land's vast coffee production. If I had to do it again,I would choose the exact same subject. However, today, I would mention a thing or two about the Brazilian beach breaks and its people."
