FREE Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the EU or United Kingdom. Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method. After 30 days, if the product has not been burned or used, we will be able to offer store credit only. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made past 30 days. Only items purchased from eu.solostove.com are eligible for returns.
