The perfect mango lassi
|

|
Making this Indian mango smoothie is easy:
Add 1 chopped mango (or 1 cup of frozen mango) and 250g yoghurt to a blender.
Optional: add a pinch of ground cardamom or cinnamon, a drizzle of honey or a squeeze of lime.
Blend until smooth, pour into glasses and enjoy.
Serves 2.
