To make carbon offsetting as transparent as possible while also contributing to biodiversity, Finnish Design Shop acquired and permanently protected an old forest in Pirkanmaa, Finland. Though our 2021 carbon footprint is offset, we are constantly looking for new ways to further reduce our emissions.

Ever since our store first took form, sustainability has been at the core of our operations. Building a more sustainable future is a work in progress – to support it, we have created a sustainability strategy, which is based on the Sustainable Development Goals set by the UN. Together, our objectives and your valuable feedback guide our continuous efforts to shape a more sustainable, diverse and inclusive industry.
