The month drifted in on shifting frequencies: a hum of engines, the sweep of waves, and the echo of a beat lingering just beyond reach. Paths crossed, moments sparked, and everything - the dust, the chrome, the music, the horizon - pulled together into a rhythm all stitched together to feel unmistakably Deus.

The MINI JCW X DEUS launch unfolded in Munich with a quiet intensity. At the MINI Pavillon, press, friends of the brand, and MINI enthusiasts gathered to witness the unveiling of the two showcars, each line and detail drawing attention, each presence quietly commanding the room.

Only days later, The Machina appeared hillside at Tutto Bene in Stresa, while The Skeg found its place in the heart of downtown Munich, holding its ground with the same calm authority.

Andrew Serrano, a surfer from Brazil, has carved something of a rhythm between two worlds - the vibrant coastlines of South America and the wave-rich islands of Indonesia.

Moving between these places has shaped not only his surfing, but also his outlook on life: a balance of freedom, respect for nature, and simplicity day to day. A longtime friend of Deus, Andrew’s story is one of craft, culture, and staying true to the passion that first drew him to the ocean.
